Located across 10 acres, Morgan Marine provides a wide range of marina and boatyard services for both new and existing customers. Enjoy some of the most scenic mooring spots on the East Coast, surrounded by beautiful wildlife.
We offer walk-on serviced pontoons, mud berths, hard yard standing, Park & Ride, a private slipway, South Channel Trots moorings, crane & hoist facilities, CCTV, and strong staff presence for your peace of mind.
All services are available 7 days a week within secure, well-lit yards (excluding South Channel Trots), with ample free parking on a quality concreted access road. Customers and visitors can also enjoy the use of a private washroom and shower block. For added security, the master access road is concreted, and the main gate is locked every night, though access is still available for customers needing to reach their boats.
Our large chandlery and marine clothing store is open 7 days a week, offering everything you need to work on your boat, from antifoul to rigging, plus tea and biscuits for a well-deserved break.
We allow other professional marine companies to work on your boat in our marina and boatyards, though we also have extensive workshops with skilled engineers on-site. All third parties must sign in daily and pay a small charge. Electricity is available in all yards and pontoons, accessible via an electricity meter available from the office with a refundable deposit.

Walk-On Pontoons
Our walk-on pontoons feature the new, safer 2.5-metre-wide pontoons, each equipped with power and water points for convenience. Enjoy night-time safety lighting, CCTV coverage, and strong staff presence for peace of mind.
The outer moorings provide 10.5 hours afloat out of 12, while the inner pontoons offer 6 hours afloat out of 12. Boats rest on soft mud, ideal for most hulls. These pontoons are in high demand, offering unspoilt views and stunning sunsets, so please call for availability and pricing.
Mud Berths
Our mud berths offer access via fully serviced pontoons or the quayside, making them ideal for larger boats. These berths provide 4 hours afloat out of 12. Please call for availability and pricing.
South Channel Pontoons, Trots and Swinging Moorings
When you need to escape it all, our South Channel Moorings offer a peaceful retreat with great wildlife and beautiful sunsets. Located on the opposite side of Cindery Island from Morgan Marine, these traditional swinging, fore & aft moorings and pontoon moorings provide 11 hours afloat out of 12.
You'll need your own dinghy to reach shore (we provide dinghy racks near our private slipway), or you can use the local water taxi. Enjoy budget pricing and full access to all our shore-side facilities. Call for availability and pricing.
Convenient Park & Ride Service
Park & Ride offers a hassle-free boating experience, pioneered by Morgan Marine in the 1970s! It’s simple to use: your boat is stored securely on land in our boatyard, and we’ll launch and retrieve it by tractor whenever you’re ready.
Our service pontoon ensures your crew can board and disembark safely – all without getting their feet wet! With no costs for anodes or antifouling, and the ability to wash your boat immediately after use, Park & Ride keeps vessels in top condition, preserving their residual value and offering the ultimate ease of boating.
Hoisting & Storage Services
We offer up to five acres of boat storage yards, equipped with power and water points. The yards are covered in durable Type 1 grey stone – dry, stable, and hardy. All yards are securely locked every night with robust gates, allowing only personnel access.
Like boat owners on pontoons, you’ll have full access to the shower and toilet block, free parking, and be just a short distance from our well-stocked chandlery.

Crane, Hoist & Rigging Facilities
Our boom crane is equipped for engine and mast removal, and we have many years of experience in both services. We also offer competitive quotes for our reliable rigging services.
Our market-leading Wise boat hoist can handle boats up to 30 tonnes and 55 feet in length, using our private slipway for safe lifting. One of our popular services is the ‘lift & powerwash’, ensuring your boat is ready for the season. Our highly skilled yard staff are experts in safely getting boats into the hoist slings. The hoist, combined with our service pontoon, also offers a secure and convenient way for boat owners to embark and disembark. We have 70 cradles available for boat storage, tailored to suit different hull types.
