Powerful yet smooth
The speed and acceleration of the BF130 and BF115 are comparable to those of a 2-stroke engine. But these engines provide super-smooth handling thanks to the Programmed Fuel Injection, a twin-balancer shaft system and an inverted flywheel that makes vibrations practically non-existent.

Programmed Fuel Injection (PFI)
Honda's PFI system optimises the air/fuel ratio and the injection timing to burn about 30% less fuel at cruising speed than that of conventional 2-stroke engines; when you're trolling at low revs, that number is closer to 90%!

Solid dependability
Both designs are based on the Honda Accord's reliable 2.3 litre engine and employ many of its tried and tested components. The electronic control unit monitors all the engine's parameters, such as overheating, over-reving and oil temperature: providing trouble-free cruising and optimum performance.
